The truck was clean but I think the steering wheel is a little out of alignment and it's too light making it a little difficult to keep the truck in the lane.

Gregory VThe app is flaud as I had to constantly take photos of my license and input personal information, additional information for references, credit card information, etc, and was stuck in a look repeating the process several times. After calling and spekaking with a support staff, they too had difficulty. Eventually, after 30 minutes they were able to resolve it and I was able to proceed with the pickup. Fix the app ... it sucks. The pickup process was frustrating.
