In the future, would prefer to be able to pick up the rental at the location requested, My request was for the pick up to be in Azusa and the location for pick-up was changed to Duarte.

U-Haul the company, not mt olive, and I want to stress it was not the location but U-Haul itself, that rescheduled my reservation which was originally at 7:30 pm to 4:45pm, they did so at 4:30pm and said if I did not get there in 15 mins I wouldn’t get my reservation, tried to charge me extra for a different time and the only reason I had a pleasant experience was the staff at Mt Olive storage, they were incredible, U-Haul was rude but mt olive gets 5 stars
