The customer service I received when dropping off the truck did not exist. When we pulled onto the property, an employee told us where to park. The sign stated to stay with your truck and an employee will complete your paperwork and be with you. We waited about 10-15 minutes. I called and the call went to the main office. She tried to let them know someonr was waiting outside but couldn’t find anyone on line. I decided to go to the office. On my way in I ran into an employee who told me he was off the clock and to talk to the other guy. I went into the office to the guy that told us where to park and he said he was just getting back on the clock and thought the other guy would have helped me. Bad service!

me & my wife had poor customer service Chris he didn't explained in detail. that we would pay gas separately never did he mention that to us we are pretty upset. we had asked him if they would deduct it out of the deposit, & he said yes but failed to inform us, we would never go back here or rent a uhaul we felt ripped off because what they had us refill on the gas tank was more than what we left with, so it made no sense. we would never recommend uhaul to anyone for this horrible experience.

The guys are really helpful and easy to work with at this location.. The problem I had was with the "easy" online check- in which was way too long and cumbersome. The first time I rented a truck, I reserved it online then completed the paperwork in the Public Storage office. I was out of there in ten minutes! The second time I opted for the easy/online check- in thinking it would make things even faster yet it was terribly slow. I had to enable to location services on my phone, then take a picture of my driver's license, then text customer service a friend's phone number which had to be called for verification. First person wasn't available so I had to give a second number, then wait for customer service to text back with my confirmation. I couldn't get access to the keys until each of the five steps had been completed. Everyone that works at Mt. Olive Storage is better and faster than the "easy online check in". My recommendation is to reserve the truck online and do the rest of the paperwork in the office rather than spending 20 minutes texting Public Storage a picture of your driver's license and waiting for confirmation that you are cleared to rent a truck.

Despite their best efforts to provide quick service, your employees were constrained by a poor internet connection that caused the check in process to be much slower than it should have been. And from hearing them talk, it is a common occurrence.

Very pleased with equipment, price and the service when I picked up the van. Customer Service was poor when I returned. I waited 20 minutes for help and then the person who came in after me was served first. Checking in at return took over 30 minutes and the person didn't seem to care. I probably won't be back.

Was supposed to pick up at 6:30 am. No instructions given on how to pick up if no one present. Took a long time for customer service to figure out how to set us up. My husband got there at 6:40 and we didn’t actually get our truck until 7:30 because of all the delay explaining to us what to do when it should have all been done prior to arrival. The person who changed our reservation failed to send info on how to do this and delayed us. Very disappointed and customer service on the phone didn’t do anything or offer anything for the miscommunication on Uhaul’s end. Plan to use a budget or a different company in future because of this highly disappointing experience!

The only thing I can say is just keep doing what you are doing. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. Kind of a lost art these days.
