U-Haul the company, not mt olive, and I want to stress it was not the location but U-Haul itself, that rescheduled my reservation which was originally at 7:30 pm to 4:45pm, they did so at 4:30pm and said if I did not get there in 15 mins I wouldn’t get my reservation, tried to charge me extra for a different time and the only reason I had a pleasant experience was the staff at Mt Olive storage, they were incredible, U-Haul was rude but mt olive gets 5 stars

Rosemarie PI was given only a 1/4 tank full of gas, so I was inconvenienced as I had to stop to get gas before I got to my destination. I am giving a recommendation to the location only because they were friendly and apologized for the 1/4 tank
