JENNIFER FEZ pass should be considered inside all Uhaul vehicles, so it can be easier to go through toll booth and not receive a bill from UhAul, the money should come out of the Card that you put on file.

Esra KYou need more people in the office. The lady that works there on a Saturday is very nasty. She was extremely overwhelmed by the amount of people she didn’t know how to handle the computer a gentleman that worked there how to help her I waited 45 minutes and I had a reservation it was absolute ridiculousness
CHRISTINE PI had a great experience ended up overfilling the fuel to full when all it needed was 3/4 needle moved up to slow but they had no issues charging me the extra 5 miles other than that I had a great experience definitely will be renting again

HERMAN SThe cleanest UHaul van ever. I vacuumed it twice before returning it but the boss was ready with the bucket and blower. Staff was extremely friendly. Location was very convenient and of course. Clean 😊

piotr bI’m really not satisfied with everything that happened. I had to go to four different U-Haul dealers and before I could get a 26 foot truck and car holder I spent how much on gas just going from one place the other and then back-and-forth it was it was crazy. I think I should be reimbursed at least for the gas. I used to go to all these different Different places
WILLIAM DFirst of all it was not the pickup location I requested. There was no one available to help after I had been moved. I was left with 3/16 of a tank of gas. I was then charged the 14.2 extra miles that was the difference of my pickup location being moved.
