Overall the vehicle was a 9 out of 10, no problems. But, when I was all finished and I went to sweep out the truck from my own use, I found pieces of glass in corners and along edges. To me it was obviously already there when I picked up the vehicle because I did not transport or break anything made of glass. I wouldn't normally get into a truck to inspect BEFORE I use the truck, so I didn't know it was there when I loaded the truck. But I ended up cleaning up somebody else's broken glass at the end of my use of the truck. I don't know if this is common or not ? But as I wrote - no problems with the vehicle whatsoever. Thank you.

Frankie DAsked about the reimbursement for the windshield and she said she could call U-haul but we should just do it. She did not want to be bothered.
Emily FI had 6 days and 2100 miles it barely covered it and my only stop was along the route and if I hadn't googled along route stops for gas I would have been over mileage I suggest giving people an extra 100 to 200 miles in case they can't hit gas stations on the route.

JACOB PThe customer service was easy, timely & polite. I only wish the trucks were maintained properly so I could’ve used it for the two days I paid for instead of returning it at 2 in the morning because it was severely malfuctioning and unuseable as a moving truck.
BRITTANY SPeople were Professional and Friendly however the truck was junk loud exhaust and the doors did not seal tightly so the wind noise was extreme. Couldn't hold a normal conversation . Forget about your sanity if you were going cross country. we did 400 plus miles and it was very trying. Also the cab no room for the driver.

GLENN GThe, unnecessarily, rudest and nastiest person checked me in. When I asked where I should park the returned vehicle and drop off the key, I was told “Well I’m certainly not waiting around all day for you! Drop off the key in the box and park wherever!” That was just a part of it. Never again in this location. I’d rather go miles out of my way than deal with this unpleasant human again.
