How U-Haul Reviews WorkNice people take care very good
Jesus ERose was amazing person was very professional and understanding. I would recommend people to this location. Thanks Rose!!!
John FTruck had concerning noises that sounded like from the back right when starting up. Wondering about maintenance .
Linda JOur preferred location was much closer and more convenient. This location ended up costing significant additional mileage money. This seems to happen often when renting from U-Haul. Getting the reserved truck to the location at which it is reserved should not be a difficult fix and would make your customers far more satisfied. Or simply don't take the reservation at a location in which that size truck is not available. That would avoid much frustration.
