The gal working at this place that is a feed store offering UHaul rentals is terribly rude. And I was charged $30 for 1/8 tank of gas on return. That UHaul had very little gas when I picked it up. Your charges and pricing are just way too high!
Kelly NTruck had no AC, blew warm air. Also, tail light was very dim on right side.

JEFFREY MOver all customer service was wonderful but as to the trailer it was laughably dangerous to say the least. Axle issues causing me to drive no more than 30 mph over a 400 mile distance having to take all back roads w/switchbacks. Tire was severely damaged from pickup and completely unacceptable for the road. Then when I noticed the tire 20 minutes into my trip with the vehicle I called another location to see about another trailer I was told "you can come drop it off but we have not got another trailer for you" and not one word was spoke about roadside assistance by either facilities. 7 hour trip took 2 days to make with hundreds of dollars in fuel and once someone did call me about all these issues, I was offered $40. Who cares i could have been injured or tossed off of a mountain, the fact you rented me a faulty trailer, and that it burned up a whole lot of fuel and time I didn't have. As long as you offer $40 for all that. MAKE THIS RIGHT!! As a buisness owner myself, I would never have treated a client this way. Do better
ERIC M1st time having to use the 24 hour drop off. Was easy enough to do with out having anyone around (just follow instructions on the app). Did not talk with anyone but personnel have always been helpful in the past.

CHRISTIAN VYou are indicating fuel levels in 8ths! This is confusing to those that prefer half, quarter etc. I was told the level was 5/8. It was not, it was held full. I filled it to half full upon return and had to pay extra for fuel I did not use!

CHARLES CI rented a U-Haul 5x8 cargo trailer, and the pick up location was a quaint facility in our local town. When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the trailer, the staff had the trailer parked in the lot near their office, ready to go. The assistant connected the trailer to my truck, completed all the connections, tested the lights, and I was ready to go. The entire process was completed quickly, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone seeking a U-Haul rental in this area.
JAMES WMy review has nothing to do with the actual business operating in Coarsegold but rather the company as a whole. Driving 250 miles out of my way when the reservation was 1 mile from my house seems a bit excessive. Uhaul as a company needs to do better.

Karen MWe picked it up at a small gardening shop in Coarsegold California owners were very courteous, but we should’ve checked the vehicle. Better shifting gear lever was loose and the panel by the parking brake was coming off other than that everything was great.

jim aAt pick up I was told the truck had 3/4 a tank and needed to be returned with 3/4 tank of gas or be charged extra. We returned it just above 3/4 a tank but was then charged an extra $36 despite that not being included in the agreement.
