Check the roofs of your trucks. I had a leaky roof in the cargo hold. Ended up with a ruined antique chest of drawers and some soaking wet clothes
Clint MI rented a 5 x 8 cargo trailer from this location. I was greeted politely upon pulling up to the business, and the trailer was hooked up to my vehicle buy a U-Haul employee with no issues. The checkout process was also politely handled and timely.

John WDidnt log my return despite me asking if it was necessary to sign in the return (2 days early). I'm getting bills for late returns. Ridiculous because this happens every single time I use UHaul....they always manage to find a fee or something hoping no one bitches about $25-$40 charges that are not valid. I learned to take photos of everything and date stamp everything now because the return folks just dont do it.

The moving crew was exceptional, very fast, extremely courteous, no damage at all, had several suggestions to better prepare some fragile items, very knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to anyone who is looking to move.

Jeff cStaff talked over me when I was telling my personal information. Office cluttered. No printer. They will let you take a picture of the laptop screen for a receipt. Closed the office early without telling me and I had to wait until the following day to get a refund. Completely small town backwoods energy in a wonderful location. New staffing and a clean up is desperately needed.

james mUnfortunately, I also hired loaders. My credit card was charged twice for my uhaul. Once by the UHaul company and once by the loaders. Ive tried getting a refund from the loaders but am having no luck! Very frustrating!!

Norman BGear shifter stuck whne putting it in gear. Equipment I rented was not in truck when I picked it up. I tried contacting the dealer and didnt get a response until about 45 minutes after I left the pick up site.
