Stay away from U Haul ! I was charged more than I should have been then today I was charged an additional 283.00.. I paid $726 for a LOCAL move. RIP OFF !! Do not give them your debit card as a form of payment, they will place mutiple holds on your account without your permission

Charging an extra deposit for using a prepaid debit card is just plain fucking stupid, especially since having me in system from prior rentals, and copy of driver's license. Never had that problem before.

When I started my plan to get the uhaul I got a run around for 2 weeks trying to see where my pickup was. I finally got a hold of the manager and got it straightened out. When I dropped off the trailer they only gave me back 60.00. The person at drop off said I was overcharged. So I didnt know who was right. Please let me know William Baker
