Had a duel discrepancy and this location offered a refund out of his own pocket to make me happy. No I didn't take it. He explained what I needed to do and how to do it. Very friendly and professional. A little hard to find behind another business but not bad.

Stop promising a months worth of storage when there is no storage spaces large enough to be found at a customers destination. This was the worst experience ever!

There are inconsistenies in services provided at different locations. The services at UHaul in Mountain Home were excellent but in Harrison, Ar. JunkShun UHaul and Harrison Glass are horrible . Please refer to comments submitted to customer services. The commitment to UHaul customer services are different and need to be recified.

I was very happy with my rental. The only thing I didn't like was the car dolly I got had previous damage on the driver side fender, both outside and inside. The outer fender had scuff marks where it had previously hit something. The inside same fender had the label partially torn and black tire marks where it had rubbed. Also, after making one turn with the dolly, the center turn point on the dolly would not turn again. It was stuck at one angle. Other than that though, it worked perfectly and was easy to use. Will definitely use U-haul again!

Excellent customer service. The shop owner explained in great detail how to load and operate the tow dolly; he even offered to come to my house personally to help if I needed assistance. We have used this location several times and will continue to do so with any future needs we may have.

I wonder if I could have been able to adjust the miles from the actual address that I used to load truck. I might have saved a few dollars.
