Tina BThe driver's seat did not move back far enough to provide adequate leg room. Not the seat's fault, it was built that way. I consider this a safety issue more than a comfort issue, so close that it hindered freely applying the brake. However, per a Uhaul employee, "no big deal; that's the way they come." I am surprised that such a close-to-the-front seat was ever installed. Maybe Uhaul provides special options for drivers who are 5' 5" and under? (There has to be some explanation.) I will rent again, but not a seat like this.
DAVID BThese guys were GREAT! We had to keep the truck 2 extra days, and they were so understanding. Just an overall great experience. Would definitely recommend Mountain home helpers as a place for uhaul rentals.

KATIE CI wanted a pickup truck but had to get a van. Then after having to pay over $200 for just needing to haul a few things that would have fit in a pickup I had to drive the van back to the place I rented it. It was very inconvenient for me as I only needed to go 1 way. So I had to buy more fuel than I would have. For the amount of money I spent i could have hired an actual moving company and wouldn't have wasted my time and money returning a vehicle I only needed 1 way!!!

HAROLD DBusiness is not marked as a designated U-HAUL dealership. No sign! Check in took 45 minutes which was ridiculous because all our information was already in the system.
