Wayne FWe had the absolute worse customer service experience ever. First your agent was disgruntled about the fact that uhaul corporate asked that we transfer a 5x8 trailer to our destination claiming he didn't have enough inventory. When I inquired about the status of the trailer as I wasn't taking insurance being it was a corporate request, he began cursing me with a number of f- bombs, questioning my f##ing intelligence, as if he was sending me out with a defective trailer. All this was done in front of my wife waiting in our vehicle. When we get back to Mountain Home I will be contacting the County Judge (I am a Justice of the Peace/County Commissioner) to discontinue using this facility for any Baxter County purposes. I will also be contacting the County Prosecutor.
dennis fRon has been outstanding to work with both in December and now in March--very accommodating and resourceful too!! He gave me helpful tips while driving both the uhaul truck and trailer through the various backroads to arrive safely in Mountain Home AR! Truly grateful for Ron's insight and dedication, outstanding customer service--a real treasure!!

deshawn cThe only negative was that we picked it up on Saturday but plans changed, we kept it for Monday verses driving it back up that day and grabbing it again on Monday. My bill charged me for Saturdays mileage, which costed me $70 more. I wish I would have just drove it back now and re-rented it again.

Robert SRon is an exceptional representative of the Uhaul brand. The service was helpful beyond the simple transaction of trailer rental. He is knowledgeable of the equipment and local support environment as well as very willing to assist with his expertise and relationships with the local community businesses. For myself, a visitor some 1900 miles from my home base, this provides value that is undefinable yet extremely beneficial. I own Avery dynamic engineering and construction firm in California with a substantial force of union employees and engineering staff. My informed opinion of the Mountain Home Neighborhood Uhaul Store is excellent. I have no problem lending my highest recommendation to anyone needing a Uhaul product of any type from this location. Excellent staff and great equipment, delivered on time at a reasonable cost. A+.

James NNot sure if it was an issue with the location or the app and website. Spent almost an hour trying to get the after hours return process to work on the app, using 2 cell phones with different carriers. Finally used the website instead, which still took another 40 minutes because it kept locking up and making me re-enter info and take all the pictures three times.

James NThe trailer had normal cosmetic wear and tear but worked just fine. The whole rental procedure was painless. Would and will use them again.
Garry OThis location is hard to find. Address is Coley street, but location is accessed by another street. If it wasn't for an outstanding employee who came and found me I would have been in trouble.
Lee SDO NOT HIRE... If you are just renting a piece of equipment and do not care about the character/integrity of the franchise owner go for it. However, I STRONGLY suggest that you DO NOT HIRE Ron Rooker of "Mountain Home Helpers" to have anything to due with loading your truck. His 3 workers were polite and outstanding. Unfortunately, all their work was overshadowed by Ron as the main packer inside of the 26' truck. He literally just tossed things on top of each other (photos were taken).There was damage to our belongings before the truck was even moved. When he returned the next day to address my dissatisfaction, he did the minimum so he could get out. It was unbelievable that he did not see anything wrong with the job that he felt was complete. He even stood on top of an antique dining room table, (which is now damaged) to toss our belongings further up the pile. He is NOT a packer/loader. Nothing was done properly. Heavy stuff on top of light, antique furniture not wrapped and sitting wonky, nothing tied down, voids under things, and on and on. It was really hard to believe that this is what he did for a living as there seemed to be no forethought is his loading methodology. In addition, he is DECEPTIVE. These are not movers through the vetted UHaul Move Helpers so there is no recourse through UHaul and no coverage. Ron told us we had insurance coverage but didn't explain that it was for the truck not damages due to his very irresponsible packing. Now it is obvious he has no intention on making things right. Now with $2,500 + in damages to irreplaceable antiques, the only thing Ron Rooker does best is ignore you. We will see sir.
