Truck was parked behind the building in the grass. It was raining which made the ground wet and muddy. Also made it hard to take pictures of the truck to start.

They didn't have the vehicle that I was scheduled to have and it caused a huge issue at drop off. I also couldn't get an authorized driver set up through the app, the link kept leading to nowhere. I intentionally booked a location for pickup that would be open that day only to be transferred to mountain lakes which was not open. I understand that this was not this location's fault but if I wanted to do everything through an app, I would've originally picked a location that wasn't open. Instead I was left wandering around a parking lot trying to figure out what to do without the ability to talk to a person in a cell phone dead zone.

DAVID MThis location was tucked away in a hard to find location. Luckily I ran into the owner in his personal vehicle as he was leaving and was able to help me understand where to drop off the keys (in a mail slot). The return was on Saturday and I did not receive notification it was processed until Monday.

Donald GWhen we went to the location there was a ring camera and we were speaking over the phone. The trucks were pulled in a way it was difficult due to the fact everything was covered in snow and parked tightly. When we went to return the truck and called they told us we had to go all the way to Mountain Lakes even through we picked Sparta and the individual changed our ticket and sent it to say Mountain Lakes which is much further and then I received an extra charge. There was no one at the facility as it was late at night so I really cant rate the personnel.

Jone KConfused by the $26 coverage fee that I was charged. You always expect some hidden fees, but this additional fee felt excessive. I did not sign up for any coverages. Location was great. Check in/out was a breeze. But these uhaul fees thrown on after the fact are absurd.
