They are closed on Saturdays so a little ominous. App was stuck on spinning wheel so I had no idea how to leave truck until I called 800 number which took time. Sending drop off instructions instead of forcing app download would be beneficial! Then there was no box to put keys and instead an envelope slit to drop keys through - just strange and did not go smoothly

Andrea DConfusing when you arrive - no clear markers or signage. The people there were nice. Truck was wet inside and smelled bad.
Michael CTruck was parked behind the building in the grass. It was raining which made the ground wet and muddy. Also made it hard to take pictures of the truck to start.
Joe WThey didn't have the vehicle that I was scheduled to have and it caused a huge issue at drop off. I also couldn't get an authorized driver set up through the app, the link kept leading to nowhere. I intentionally booked a location for pickup that would be open that day only to be transferred to mountain lakes which was not open. I understand that this was not this location's fault but if I wanted to do everything through an app, I would've originally picked a location that wasn't open. Instead I was left wandering around a parking lot trying to figure out what to do without the ability to talk to a person in a cell phone dead zone.
