U-Haul and many other companies are asking customers to do too much. Everything is self serve and yet prices do not go down. When you rent a truck they send you a link and ask you to take pictures verify truck numbers, mileage etc. Thats not too bad if the rate was lower.

KAYLA CI was a little irritated that my location for pick up was changed by U-Haul (further away than I expected). However this location was great. Super friendly from the moment I walked through the door and through the entire process. Highly recommend then location.
SARAH WManeuvering to get in and out was a little tight, but otherwise we were very pleased with the service. The trailer was easy to get items in and out of. Lots of ways to secure items in the trailer also. Great value. Would definitely do again.

chad gThe u-haul process is too difficult regardless of the location. I had a gift certificate and no one knew how to redeem it including the customer service center. I used u-haul twice this month and both experiences were poor.
