It's a dump and they were not there so I followed the directions to call if no one was there and no one answered... Why on earth dont they just tell you to drop the truck and put the key in the drop box which is what I did bit cmon how hard is it to Save a guy a phone call they are not even gonna answer.

The key wasn't left in the vehicle when I went to pick up 30 minutes before the store opened. I was frustrated because people were at my house waiting to help me load. When the staff arrived there was no “sorry” or “can we offer an upgrade to a larger truck for the inconvenience?” They said “oh, so-and-so is supposed to do that. Here's the key.” Not looking for them to bend over backwards for me, but some form of empathy or compensation would have been appreciated.

The drop off man was not there, they closed at 1pm. So we had to use you internet site to log in that we dropped off the truck. We call uhaul headquarters to find out how to drop off the truck and not get charged for extra days. They told us about an app to use, called ,"truck share ride share". Both my son in law and I could not find it. So we called uhaul headquarters back and they gave a new website to use in stead of the one I just mentioned and my son in law finally got the truck checked in. Your drop off processs is a royal mess. I would give your company an Fminus for ease of dropping off the truck. A better way to do it is if the drop off person is closed then let me just call uhaul headquarters and use your customer service rep who is on call 24/7 to give the information to an go through the drop off process. Your drop off person at Hyde Park, Utah was nowhere to be found or no on call back up service. Your system sucks. After I dropped off the truck through uhaul headquarters then let that person who handles our call in turn call the drop off person in Hyde Park, Utah the next day or in out case after the Labor Day weekend is over with on the following monday. Make it easy for me your customer to drop off the truck. I am not sure I would recommend uhaul to another person unless you clean up your drop off process mess. Call my son in law, Stephen Grover , he is the one who finally went with my wife to drop off the truck, he can tell you his experience with the process. You need to hear it from the horses mouth who did the drop off.

arthur was the gentleman who went the extra mile to help me get the equipment set up so i could complete my moving journey.he was very professional and safety oriented. the truck and trailer performed flawlessly and are very well maintained and spotless. thanx for a perfect experience!!

No process available to customers for after hours drop-off, no signs at location and no directions in emails. Just left the dolly next to another tow dolly in an unsecured lot. Called the next day and asked male employee working that Saturday morning if I would receive a receipt of some type. Had to call back at the end of the day when nothing was sent. Lady employee was nice and took care of it.

We dropped off the truck at Mountain Toppers. The location was awesome but it was difficult to find the drop off box. The picture that was associated with the location did not match. There are 3 different businesses located within the little compound and so we walked all around trying to find the drop off box. It was just a little confusing especially because the picture didn't match.

First time I've rented from this location, but it won't be the last. Fast, friendly and the equipment was in great shape. One of my better experiences with UHaul.

Well next time I would prefer that my box doesn't get stabbed with a fork lift. And other one dropped.... and a closer pickup location would have been preferred. Also some delivery options would have been nice. The independent locations don't know how to use the computer software. It took hours to get processed instead of a reasonable amount of time.

U-Haul's software is a nightmare. The lady helping me couldn't quickly get details about what my costs would be to extend on miles, to make a second trip, on the software, so I opted out of giving your company more money. Too much hassle. I'm pretty certain, based on my experience in Orem with Dustin, that it wasn't her fault because she looked frustrated just like Dustin did. In courtesy and helpfulness, as well as speed of check-in, she was awesome. Also, your iPhone app is useless. I couldn't even get it past the opening screen, and I teach tech professionally. Please get all your software fixed.

Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I happen to be allergic to cigarette smoke. So while I was in the cab driving I had to take medication to prevent an allergic reaction. I know that this is something that can't be controlled. Mountain Toppers is an excellent U-Haul business. I had a great experience with them. Would, and will recommend this place for my friends to go for their moving vehicles. I will do business with Mountain Toppers in the future, if needed.

provide the truck requested a 15 foot not the 20 foot I ended up with. Had to fight Wyoming wind with the bigger box. The rental location was not helpful in trying to locate a 15. Clerk actually got snotty on the phone. I've rented from Uhaul several times in the past with no complaints. My original paperwork showed 15 and I confirmed it on the phone several days prior to pick up and it wasn't available on pick up

Shipment arrived early, and everything in one piece. I was delighted. I would definitely use them again, although I hope I never have to - moving is a giant pain. Thankfully, U-Haul did not add to that pain.

He did not ask me the exact dates I needed it trailer so he started the contract two days too early. He also only asked what city I was going to not the actual address so he picked a drop off location that was farther from me than other locations and didn't tell me that's where it needed to go. I found out later after looking at the contract. Finally he was about to swipe and charge my card before telling me what the total was. I stopped him to ask how much I was being charged. Zero communication skills or customer service.
