The Internet out there is spotty. Don't use the app. I think the guy inside was just as frustrated as we were. It took about an hr and he had to use my phone. Truck had problems. We tried contacting U-haul over and over again. The app doesn't communicate with the 1-800 service teams. Customer service only has 3 options: Check-out, Roadside, Check-in. The support team can not assist with the other departments. So you have to contact each individually. If you choose call back through the app it takes 3 hrs and comes up with a private individual on caller ID. U-haul customer service is a joke. Most would not help. We ended up with a voucher.

Multiple equipment failures just after departure.

Joel STook over an hour to pick up even though I had already registered online. Then there were random vehicles blocking access to equipment. Systems were down. Only one person was working, needed more.
