The guy who helped us was great, but his coworker or boss who was there was kind of a jerk because we came in just before closing time. The way the trailer was parked, we couldn't see the low/flat tire until we were gone. I hope they fix it before the next person rents it.

I let them know about the loose strap, that it should be checked.
Jacob FStore opened at 9am, but no one was there. Waited about 10 extra minutes. When team member arrived, pointed out trailers were to be parked somewhere else. Did not assist with disconnecting trailer. I returned to main building and member confirmed my name and closed my rental and said bye. Maybe 10 words were spoken. Not very customer oriented.
Jonathan TI have rented from several U-Haul places in the valley over the past 7 years. Mountain Toppers is the best and they are experienced about it.
