My only complaint is that the person who hooked up the trailer did not notice that the trailer had a lock on the cargo compartment which resulted in a 30 mile round trip to obtain a new trailer. Otherwise he was very professional in his manner. I will certainly check for a cargo door lock if I ever rent another trailer.

I called and asked why there was no precheck before I left the facility and he told me” I’m sorry I didn’t holed your hand and wipe your butt with you” I was on speaker with my mother listening.
