These men did not assist me in matching my drop off location to my ID. The drop off was over 6 hours away and their response was this was my problem and mistake to deal with any extra charges. I called U-HAUL directly and had a solution within 20 minutes compared to giving them 3 days to fix this. Terrible assistance, attitude, and care for service.

WAYNE MOnly issue we had was it took a long time to pick up the trailer. So we ended up with a 5 hr rental instead of a 6hr

BRADY WGuy acted as if I was annoying to him. He spreading gravel on a tractor and didn’t even bother to get off the tractor and check the equipment……. Equipment that needed repairs
JARED HLogan Utah: equipment was covered with 6-8 “ in snow. The car trailer tie down was rusted out. The parking lot had a lot of snow and melted snow puddles. Trying to load car on ramp was just almost in possible ….
RICKY EComputer portion of reservations is horrible! Couldn't get system to accept pickup and delivery locations as valid. Can't access invoices for each step of U-Box service. Some links on website repeatedly failed to work for me. So the app was almost useless for me. I got a text saying the box would be delivered to my house on a day I hadn't chosen; text didn't say that I needed to confirm the delivery, so I stayed home waiting for the box but it didn't show up. So I called and arranged a new delivery time.
wyatt lThe check-in guy did not even get out of his chair to help me back the trailer to where he wanted it. I had to go find a spot, then back it in. Did not provide a receipt to prove return. I took a picture of my rented trailer including another trailer as some sort of prove of return.
RANDALL CI got a 20’ truck with a tow dolly and he didn’t even want to hook it up for me. Then he hooked it up and left didn’t even straighten it out or ask if I knew how to get my car on the dolly knowing that I was driving to Nephi ut
AMANDA MWas not provided with information where on the property my rental was, I had to wander around the property looking at different vehicles until I found it. There was trash left in the cab. The vehicle was parked in a way that made it difficult to get it out of it's parking spot. It had storage unit on one side, a truck on the other side, a truck directly behind, and a trailer ten fet in front of it. Luckily there was enough of a gap we were able to move the vehicle but we had to do it slowly inching forward and then reversing multiple times to get it in a postion where it could safely make it through.

KAHLID KThe door jammed half-way in Nevada in near 100 degree heat. Could neither open nor close it. It was a Sunday and no response from UHaul. So we had to park it overnight open. The next day we drove 22 miles out of our way to the large UHaul facility in Sparks. They did nothing. When we got home to Newport, OR they condemned the traile. Carolina Williams — the Northen Utah agent — told us she had no record and could do nothing. Despite the fact that the door was still jammed in Newport while still under contract. I managed to get it open but it would not close. UHaul is absolute rubbish and Carlina is a real liar. They only care about technicalities. I will NEVER EVER use UHaul again.

I returned the item after the business closed on the weekend. even though they verbally confirmed that only will charge for 1 day. called the store several times and they keep promising me that refund will be processed. HORRIBEL service!!! Will dispute the CC charge.

Glenn DWe have rented with UHaul many times. This place was the WORST! Dirty, creepy, etc. Also, we had to wait almost an hour for our truck, which is not OK. Moving day is a BUSY day with no time to waste!
KJ FThe man working there was unprofessional, made multiple jokes regarding women in science (as I am a recent graduate), and went on about how covid is not real when it was not brought up. Uhaul was filled with trash, sunglasses, eyelashes, dirt, and chips. It took over a half an hour to get out of this location. If it was not one of the only uhaul locations in Logan, I would have never went there.
Kaitlyn WThe worker at this location was unfriendly, rude and not customer oriented at all. Although the truck was ready and everything was in place, I would not recommend the location because of the man at the desk.
Margaret PI ordered an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck. When I went to the office, which was two buildings away from where the truck was parked, I waited for 10 minutes before anyone came from the back room. The dolly they gave me was very old with rough wheels. Not a pleasant experience with them.

Seth HNothing. Both the pick up and drop off were so fast. I was in and out in a heat beat. Your check in and out is so much better then years ago.
Justin AU-Haul Headquarters (?)made the rental drop off location jump through hoops (on-line, on app, etc) for use to be able to turn it in as rental location did not specific specific drop off location, although we told the guy who rented it the drop of location, but he could not enter it on our contract. It all worked out!
Micheal MAlways have recommended MountainToppers for U-Haul needs. Always the best service and equipment recommendations in Cache valley. The trucks are all the same, so the people are the driving force.

J WI was skeptical of using a car dolly again. I had a flat tire on one I rented in 2019 and sat on the side of the freeway for 5 hours waiting for a repair person. This trip was great with no issues.

Dennis WI had to hook up the trailer the guy didn't even come out side the trailer was filthy not cleaned out there was a pile of used moving blankets left in the unit and it stunk like motor oil
