Called said I was supposed to have to equipment back the next day after I rented. Left me voicemail stating it was due back. I called and he even had the nerve to ask what I was doing and he likes to be there when it's returned. Then charged 50 to my card without authorization a day after the fact.

james fOnline check in process and live verification took way too long. Sat in a rain storm for 1 hour to go thru process of uploading Id and calling people. Wont use this check out option again. Prefer a real person.

JONATHAN HDropped off truck as instructed and was then notified truck needed to be returned to Conrad. Lady on the phone was very rude when we tried to explain that the truck was in Cutbank.

Robert OOn line rental is a little frustrating if the local dealers had more ability to make changes it would be helpful.
Jennifer DI was met at the front of the store expecting to do an after hours drop off. To my surprise, Matt (?) was there on a Sunday morning and dropped everything to get me checked in. Very much appreciated, and I would recommend this location to others.
Thomas MI tried to contact this place on a business day to find out if it was a 24/7 drop off place. There was no response to my message. After dropping the trailer off on a Saturday I was billed $20 for "after hours drop off". Another fee because of lack of communication with U-haul and a fee for nothing since no one was there to do anything. I spent an extra half hour trying to get the stupid U-haul app to upload a photo which never worked, you should pay me.
Jay WMake sure the vehicles they give out are running properly and they have better customer service. They did not believe something was wrong with the truck when I had to have it replaced with another vehicle. And asking me what I did to it.
