I waited 2 hours for my truck and was only behind 2 people. Everyone was upset. The location is nasty, pit holes everywhere, disorganized and very difficult to access.

I received a call on Wednesday 10/30/2019 to confirm my rental. The representative never mentioned the location was changed. On Saturday I arrived at the location I reserved the truck and they had no trucks. They weren't even a U-Haul dealer anymore. No one called me to tell me the location changed. When i got to the new location it was on a dirt road and the representative was not there. I had to wait for 10 minutes before he showed up. The number on the door was not for U-Haul so when i called it no one was available. This was a really disappointing experience with U-Haul.

The reservation I made was for a different location. No notification from u-haul when it was changed. I arrived at the location of my reservation only to learn it had been moved by u-haul with no notification. Unacceptable.

The truck drove horribly. The attendant wasn’t the friendliest but this is consistent with all u haul locations so whenever I deal with u-haul I always know I’m going to speak with someone who’s rude and unfriendly.

This location is not UHaul friendly in terms of layout. Although the uhaul representative was pleasant and great the facility itself was very lacking. It is a semi-truck dirt lot. There is no direction or sign indicating where customer parking is because there is none. The gas station down the road was recommended for where I should keep my car. The lot itself is a mud pit with potholes everywhere.

I came with my private car to pickup a UHaul truck. I was informed that they don’t have a place to park your personal car here! I wasn’t told by UHaul that this is even a possibility. I called UHaul customer service and was told I should have asked whether they have a place to park my private car when I made the reservation! They told me I may park the car at Walmart or Publix. I ended up parking at Publix and called Uber. I asked UHaul customer service to speak with a supervisor and asked her to please at least reimburse me for the Uber transportation, since they didn’t inform me that there may not be parking for private car on site. She told me that I should have asked customer service whether they have a place for me to park my private car when I made the reservation and that she wasn’t going to re-immures the Uber cost! Customer service on site and UHaul call center was a disaster. I WOULD NOT recommend renting a truck from UHaul and MSS Petroleum of the Palm Beaches II based on the terrible way I was treated. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers this way.

New truck with 4000 miles. Very nice. Very dirty. windshield was covered with love bugs. The truck was filthy with dirt all over the cab. I can understand the dirt due to the dirt lot they are in. But the love bugs should have been cleaned off. Staff could not have been any nicer and very helpful.

I was rented a trailer with brake lights that didn’t work upon returning after getting pulled over I explain the situation. Only to be argued with back-and-forth about my bad experience.I am a long-time U-Haul customer and rent vehicles all over the country but after this experience probably will never use U-Haul again. Thanks for inquiring about my experience it was a nightmare..

I made a reservation over the phone to U-Haul customer service for a pick up truck and a utility trailer with a ramp. I get dropped off to pick up rental and they tell me they do not have a hitch receiver to be able to tell the trailer that I’m renting from them. That I need to go to Walmart and purchase one. That should’ve been told to me prior to me coming to this location. I asked if I can use the truck to go get it from Walmart but not be charged the mileage and they would not do that they wouldn’t discount anything. It was such a huge inconvenience to have to call somebody to come pick me back up go to Walmart and come back .Which I feel I shouldn’t even have to do if I’m renting the equipment from them. I was very disappointed and will probably use another company next time.

The windshield was so dirty you could barely see out the window.. I chose this location since someone would be there until 3:00.. I returned the truck at 2:15 and the office was closed..

Truck drove straight but the steering wheel needs alignment. Truck looked new. It was clean and well maintained. The desk clerk was knowledgeable and got me in the truck within minutes.
