My pick up location was changed and if I was a woman by myself I probably would not have picked it up from the location they changed it too. Also there were no supplies at this location that was ordered and the u haul rep was not professional at all. We had to travel to another location to pick up the supplies ordered.

The windshield wipers did not work. After calling for service and waiting 45 min for a repair man uhaul called to say they couldn’t come out after asking if the truck was empty. I was to told to go to an auto zone and get them repaired. After a full day of load in to be driving around to repair these was ridiculous. After the delay and doing a self repair - rigged it to get by. I don’t like the fact the trucks are not full when you receive them. Twice now I have returned a 26 ft truck with a 1/4 tank over and no credit for the extra gas. The delay also delayed us on the drop off. Upon renting an extra day was added by the gentleman which was not needed until the delay with the wipers on the repair and driving in the rain without proper vision.

I am a Senior Citizen, 77, who did this move from TN to FL alone.... I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the manager of this U Haul Location (JR) for all of the help and advice that was given to me.... U Haul is very fortunate to have such a wonderful rental partner.

The location is in some kind of an semi truck industrial yard so parking is bad for customer vehicle safety and the area is dusty which settles on customer vehicles. I had to take my car to the car wash after it was parked in the lot for 2 days. No one is actively watching customer vehicles once they leave their vehicles and drive off in the rental.

The location is a mud pit and the office is tiny. The main complaint is that they kept calling me to pick up the truck early so I did but then when I dropped off the truck it was late because I had picked it up early.

As I had mentioned in a previous review this location was severely understaffed and the one man who was working here by himself was poorly trained. The automated truck pick up service did not properly select a truck that could be accessed. It kept trying to assign me trucks that were three deep in the rows of trucks that were there. Once we finally found a truck have the proper size for me to rent we had to move three different other trucks out of the way in order for me to get that truck out. All of this delayed me by over 1 1/2 hours At this pick up site instead of the 15 to 20 minutes that it should have been since I had registered ahead of time for the 24/7 rideshare pick up.

My only complaint is that the truck was pretty dirty and it shook like a labrador retriever coming out of cold water at any speed above 50mph. Really need a wheel balance.

I was charge for an appliance dolly and a box dolly and neither were in the truck. I didn’t like when you return the truck there is no way to check the truck in. I didn’t know you had to do it with your phone. I would like credit for the 2 dollys back to my card

Very old Uhaul, parking is non existent as it’s a tractor and trailer parking lot on gravel/dirt road. Uhaul was dirty and dusty all over due to the location and age. Very uncomfortable to leave car in random spot.

Made reservations online alon with movers. The day before reservations I called number for location from email and the place said the uhaul service has been closed for 6 months. Called uhaul toll free number and foundnout my reservations were at another location. Then called the day of resignation by location that i was late and they closed at 1pm. Moving is stressful enough without having to make last minute changes.

If you need a U-Uhaul truck this is the place to go. The woman who helped us was Pat. She was terrific from the time I spoke with her on the phone until she waved goodbye to us in the parking lot. She made The whole process easy.

I waited 2 hours for my truck and was only behind 2 people. Everyone was upset. The location is nasty, pit holes everywhere, disorganized and very difficult to access.

I received a call on Wednesday 10/30/2019 to confirm my rental. The representative never mentioned the location was changed. On Saturday I arrived at the location I reserved the truck and they had no trucks. They weren't even a U-Haul dealer anymore. No one called me to tell me the location changed. When i got to the new location it was on a dirt road and the representative was not there. I had to wait for 10 minutes before he showed up. The number on the door was not for U-Haul so when i called it no one was available. This was a really disappointing experience with U-Haul.

The reservation I made was for a different location. No notification from u-haul when it was changed. I arrived at the location of my reservation only to learn it had been moved by u-haul with no notification. Unacceptable.

The truck drove horribly. The attendant wasn’t the friendliest but this is consistent with all u haul locations so whenever I deal with u-haul I always know I’m going to speak with someone who’s rude and unfriendly.

This location is not UHaul friendly in terms of layout. Although the uhaul representative was pleasant and great the facility itself was very lacking. It is a semi-truck dirt lot. There is no direction or sign indicating where customer parking is because there is none. The gas station down the road was recommended for where I should keep my car. The lot itself is a mud pit with potholes everywhere.

I came with my private car to pickup a UHaul truck. I was informed that they don’t have a place to park your personal car here! I wasn’t told by UHaul that this is even a possibility. I called UHaul customer service and was told I should have asked whether they have a place to park my private car when I made the reservation! They told me I may park the car at Walmart or Publix. I ended up parking at Publix and called Uber. I asked UHaul customer service to speak with a supervisor and asked her to please at least reimburse me for the Uber transportation, since they didn’t inform me that there may not be parking for private car on site. She told me that I should have asked customer service whether they have a place for me to park my private car when I made the reservation and that she wasn’t going to re-immures the Uber cost! Customer service on site and UHaul call center was a disaster. I WOULD NOT recommend renting a truck from UHaul and MSS Petroleum of the Palm Beaches II based on the terrible way I was treated. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers this way.

New truck with 4000 miles. Very nice. Very dirty. windshield was covered with love bugs. The truck was filthy with dirt all over the cab. I can understand the dirt due to the dirt lot they are in. But the love bugs should have been cleaned off. Staff could not have been any nicer and very helpful.

I was rented a trailer with brake lights that didn’t work upon returning after getting pulled over I explain the situation. Only to be argued with back-and-forth about my bad experience.I am a long-time U-Haul customer and rent vehicles all over the country but after this experience probably will never use U-Haul again. Thanks for inquiring about my experience it was a nightmare..

I made a reservation over the phone to U-Haul customer service for a pick up truck and a utility trailer with a ramp. I get dropped off to pick up rental and they tell me they do not have a hitch receiver to be able to tell the trailer that I’m renting from them. That I need to go to Walmart and purchase one. That should’ve been told to me prior to me coming to this location. I asked if I can use the truck to go get it from Walmart but not be charged the mileage and they would not do that they wouldn’t discount anything. It was such a huge inconvenience to have to call somebody to come pick me back up go to Walmart and come back .Which I feel I shouldn’t even have to do if I’m renting the equipment from them. I was very disappointed and will probably use another company next time.

Truck drove straight but the steering wheel needs alignment. Truck looked new. It was clean and well maintained. The desk clerk was knowledgeable and got me in the truck within minutes.
