I would have given 5 stars but once or twice I had seen people walking inside the property outside the building after office hours whom I don't think were renters so a car property gate that would be locked after office hours would likely prevent that uncomfortableness and prevent problems. Also there were times the sliding doors would open or were kept open after 7pm when they should be locked and the tv screen looking on the parking lot was off (at the building entrance). The staff communication was excellent and respectful and facilities were clean and taken care of. I have helped family at Public Storage and Cube Smart in the past and would absolutely rather be at this U-haul storage location chiefly because I feel your employees genuinely care :-)
