Was not maintenance at all lost brakes on hill had to wait 4 or more hours to get roadside help, when we did we had to change trucks and the movers damaged a lot of are stuff made clam and haven't heard anything back yet so no I wouldn't recommend using uhaul again.

Not the agent`s fault. Equipment failed on rental, was checked and working when picked up. Issue was light failure.

Charles AThis was not my preferred location and I was transferred here the day before which was 15 miles from my reserved location; they did not have the utility dolly that I had reserved. When I complained to U-Haul customer service that I had to load a 26’ truck without a dolly and that it added a lot more loading hours to my day, they offered to give me a $12 gift certificate (the cost of the dolly) to use on a future rental; I “politely” refused it.
