I gave this a poor rating not because of the location, but because I was charged an extra day when I was never told when to drop off the U-Haul. I was simply told that the truck was due back on August 23rd, and that was it. I dropped off the truck on the 23rd, at like 11 am, and was disappointed to see that I was charged for an extra day.

Geri LThey location was fine and service good but the truck was dirty especially the windshield… I asked the lady about that because I’ve always used U-Haul and she said it wasn’t them it was your company…. Seems like the truck appearance isn’t a priority anymore… to many places to choose from nowadays and if U-Haul dost care about their equipment maybe they don’t care about other thins. Like safety?

David PI was late getting it back but called to rent another day. It was already reserved by someone else so I had to take it back. I was late getting it back but it was back in time for next customer. They proceeded to charge me for another whole day. So in retrospect got paid twice for 5/20/2025. Once by me, once by the next customer. My estimated cost was $70. My bill was $142.00.
Dianna CI pickup process took at least 30 minutes. I'm not sure why the employee had to get all of the information that I had already entered into the U-Haul app concerning drop of and pickup. The process seemed way longer and more complex than it should have been and then there was price discrepancies from what the App showed me and the quote the employee was giving me. We were able to get it all figured out and get the pricing correct, but the whole situation seemed very inefficient.
Harley MMelissa and her Mom have always been fantastic to work with in every way. Super people running a business the way it should be run. They really care about their customers as paying customers but also as individual people.

I did not interact with any personnel, but it wouldn't let me submit without giving a yes/no answer to "were the personnel helpful?" question

RONALD LI reserved a truck to be picked up at a Provo location and on the morning of pickup I was called to be informed that I had to pick up the truck at a location in Payson, which is 15 miles south. It is unacceptable to expect someone to drive 15 miles out of their way to pick up something they reserved 5 days beforehand. This delayed our moving schedule and was a terrible inconvenience. I understand that the previous driver dropped the truck off at the wrong location and that's why this happened, but when someone reserves a truck, that should mean it is reserved no matter what and it shouldn't be compromised by another renter. Uhaul should do everything is their ability to make sure the rental is available when and where it is expected to be available. Someone should have driven the truck up to Provo for me to pick up. It was extremely inconvenient and caused our moving day to start poorly.

Jesse FEverything was great, maybe just let people know if they are using the app to pick up their rental it has to be done be midnight or it cancels the reservation. I was told I could pick it up anytime so I showed up 6 AM the next morning and my reservation had been cancelled. I worked it out, just took me an hour to rebook and them get it set up on the app. All good.

Sandra MMy drop off was different. There was no one at the store, SC glass in sun city az. So I hope l got credit for my drop off. Call the number on the door, but nobody answered.

patrick oInstructions for after hours return just had a QR code that lead to a dead website. No personnel or other instructions were there to help us. Had to rely on a random stranger who happened to be using the lot for their own purpose to even get in the lot to return the truck.
Steven HThe location we dropped it off to had a lady there that approached my wife and was EXTREMELY rude. We had a very long moving day and after being exhausted I had her return the truck which I now regret because the woman who approached my wife made her cry. THATS HIW RUDE SHE WAS! I cannot believe u would let someone like that into your organization. She should be reprimanded harshly. Unfortunately this has turned me away from your services indefinitely and will strongly recommend others to turn away your service unless I hear this woman has been let go.

Douglas GVery surprised to find that It was closed. We went about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. When I called the number no one answered. It was confusing.
Micheal CLocation closed at 2pm on a Saturday! Tried to return trailer at 3:30 on Saturday and was encouraged to keep it till they were opened. Discouraged us using after hours drop off.
