I was asked to use this new location and in return I would get a lower mileage rate. Our pick-up time was scheduled for 8:00AM and drop off scheduled for 2:00PM. Upon check-in, the app was giving difficulty so we had to call someone over the phone due to no one being at the location until 10:00AM. There was no instruction on where to pick-up or find the keys. There was also a child at this location that was interrupting the process, we are not sure which home he belonged to in the area. Upon drop-off there was no one at the location 15 minutes prior to drop-off time. The location was not scheduled to close until 2:00PM. Using the app made this a significantly longer process. I called for help with drop-off and just kept being told to refer to the app. I was charged the full mileage rate-not the discounted rate. The app also added safe coverage for an additional $15 on my order which I did not select when originally scheduling this UHAUL. I would not use this location again.

Mark SWhen a person asks for a 15ft truck you shouldn't be getting a 10ft truck. Was very disappointed that the truck wasn't big enough. Now we had to pay more money for mileage because we had to take more trips.
