Truck had not been washed on the exterior in months. Coat of hard dirt on outside. There was no window washing fluid, which was also annoying as the windshield was dirty. Inside of the cabin had not been cleaned and neither was the cargo area. I swept it out. I wasn’t notified I had to check in online and my phone was about to die when I got there.
