The truck that I picked up had a dirty and sticky cup holder area. Also the gas was only half full. It's very inconvenient to pick up a truck without a full tank of gas and then have to go put gas in. It also makes it much much more inconvenient to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas. If the tank is full, you just fill it when you return it. Simple. The person who helped me at Mville Vapors was good. She did as best a job as she could. My biggest complaint is with U-Haul itself. I reserved a 10' truck at the Saskatoon U-Haul location because I prefer to go to an actual U-Haul location because the process is much more smooth and easier. I reserved the truck at that location on Friday the 26th and then on Monday the 29th I received an email saying that I was switched to a 15' truck that I had to pick up in Martensville. The truck size swap was no problem, but Martensville isn't even in the same city that I booked my original truck. It's 15 minutes outside of town in the opposite direction that I had to head with the rental truck. So adding a half an hour round trip drive to my day. So instead of picking up the truck I reserved in advance fairly close to me at an official U-Haul location, I had to drive 15 minutes out of town to pick up a truck at a vape shop. What's the point of reserving a truck if you can't get it? I was very disappointed with this inconvenience.
