We arrived processed the truck for return, the storage business stated it was open but the only personnel, the manager, was not in and out on the site. Gave the number to reach him which took close to 10mins and than had to explain 3times we need to make sure where to leave the key for the rental. It finally clicked for him and he advised where to leave the key.

I was not the location but U-Haul in general that failed us. First the truck had some kind of leak in it. It rained a lot while we had it an a lot of our stuff got soaked. However, we were told that since we did not purchase the optional insurance we had no claim. I was told the optional insurance was for if I wrecked the truck. Nothing was said about the truck itself already having issues that would not allow it to protect the items stored inside it. Next, the gauge for the gas was way off. I read the number of gallons needed to take the tank level back to where it was when I initially rented the truck and after putting exactly that amount of gas in the truck it was 1/8 of a tank more than needed.

It was extremely difficult to get in and out of. Not everyone drives large trucks all the time. No where for customers to park, so one parked right in front of the truck, taking up time to get going.

Very pleased with the Staff at this location. They are very courteous.We left an item in the truck and Rick was very helpful in assuring us that he would keep them till we picked it up in 2 weeks. I will definitely rent another truck late this summertime from this location

I left the gas tank as they left me in the middle, and I took a picture of the pillage and gasoline, and I do not stay out of the 48 miles they gave me, please return that money that was charged!!!

Sent me out with my documents folded in a sleeve. When turning the truck in turned out the documents were for the same truck but for the person who had returned the truck prior to my rental.

Two areas for improvement: Inform your customer next time their pickup location changes. I understand my preferred location was not an option, but I was not called, emailed, or texted when my pickup location moved. My customer record said I was contacted via phone call, but that was clearly someone wanting to leave for the day and completing their tasks as such. I received no phone call, and had to pay an additional $60 in travel costs as a result. Second, I originally reserved a 10’ truck and was forced to pay for a 15’ truck with my pickup location change, if I wanted to move that weekend. There we allegedly no 10’ trucks available the entire weekend, despite having reserved one two weeks prior. The gentleman at the pickup facility was polite, but my experience was overwhelmingly poor. I will not rent from uhaul again and will discourage those I know from doing so as well.

Better identification of entrance to facility. It is difficult to determine where the entrance is especially when entering with left turn or when it is dark.

Uhaul went beyond norm to support needs I had. Emergency upgrade to 20 ft truck given from 15 ft truck without additional charge. Unbelievable positive experience. They prob have me for life!!

Excellent customer service. They even stayed past their closing time when I forgot to put gas back in the truck. My only recommendation would be to let truck renters know that the smallest sized truck does not have a ramp.

Brad at this location is AWESOME !! My initial U-Haul reservation was jerked out from under me at the last minute! I had movers scheduled the next AM at 0730 and NOBODY AT U-Haul made ANY effort to assist with meeting my needs! I was so angry and Brad was able to meet my needs by offering to stay a little bit late so I could get a ride to pick up the truck the night before instead of the next morning. If I EVER need to rent a truck again I will ONLY WORK WITH BRAD!! If he can't accommodate my needs I will be moving on. Feel free to call if you want to 512-626-6921. THANKS BRAD :) Angel Cheatham
