I made a reservation at 1440 Jalna but a day or two before pick-up I was called pick-up point was changed to 1101 Jalna because there was an issue on the truck. A discount was offered to cover the extra distance from the original pick-up location and I agreed. When I checked our receipt no discount was showing. U-haul by itself is great, but the manager I spoke to did nothonor his words. The discount not being applied is okay with me, what is important is we moved safely with the help of u-haul, thank you. The truck itself was comfortable. But I say this to the person who I spoke to, identified himself as the manager of the area, dont make an offer on behalf of the company if you won't honor it. You are just tainting what is really great. Thank you just the same.

The dealer was supposed to be there at 8 AM. I had made arrangements for the movers to be on site at 9AM. The dealer did not show until 840. No mention was made anywhere that he would not be on time. In fact, the sign on the store reads "Open 24 hours"

I drive vehicle 15 km I fill up fuel for 10$ after that when I return vehicle u haul guys says you didn’t fill up fuel and he charge me extra 12$ .

It was a newer truck which was nice, Perfect 10ft for my move. It was a fun experience, thank you.

Just keep the locations up to date with the fast check in/out process. They seemed a bit confused that the drivers license etc was all done online already, but were quick to get answers from their district manager so maybe just a first time for them.

Have more of an office were we could sit and rest while they wait on convenience store customers

Owner of the store was late , opens at 8am. Didn’t show until 8:10.
