The dealer was supposed to be there at 8 AM. I had made arrangements for the movers to be on site at 9AM. The dealer did not show until 840. No mention was made anywhere that he would not be on time. In fact, the sign on the store reads "Open 24 hours"

I drive vehicle 15 km I fill up fuel for 10$ after that when I return vehicle u haul guys says you didn’t fill up fuel and he charge me extra 12$ .

dave sJust keep the locations up to date with the fast check in/out process. They seemed a bit confused that the drivers license etc was all done online already, but were quick to get answers from their district manager so maybe just a first time for them.
