This was one of the worst experiences that I have had with UHaul. The location was moved three time without my knowledge and the place that I had requested the rental from was right across the street from where I needed to pick up my items from. Then, I drove 7 miles on down the road to drive pass where I needed to stop to drive back 7 miles to pick up the items and then drive to my house to unload. Once I was done then I had to drive another 12 miles back. My charge was charge once when I picked up the truck and then I was charged again after I dropped off the truck. So, I paid $120 for a truck rental that I didnt have but 2 hours. I was told that I was getting a credit added to my account and I havent received anything. I am upset with the service that I have received this time.

TONY WWhen I went to pick up my rental truck at 6AM it was not available. The facility failed to include my key in the drop off. The cavity also transferred my rental to another facility BUT failed to inform me. Therefore I couldn’t get my truck and correct all the mess the facility created until they opened at 9AM. Upon visiting at 9AM no one could or cared to explain the problems I endured nor why. I asked for a discount but they refused. Also I paid for a dolly only to be told they don’t carry dollies. I went to this facility twice to ensure my reservations were accurate in which each time they assured me it was but when I arrived my reservations were NOT secured and this location TRULY failed me. When I went to take the truck back it was closed despite their hours showed 9AM TO 6PM. Also during each visit to the location it reeked of STRONG WEED!! I’ll never go to this placed again and I’ll never recommend it! My experience was shocking !

JON D( Passenger ) side view mirror needs replaced. This was reported to the pick up location in Grayson. Could not tighten it to make safe maneuvers to right lane. Looks as if it was hit at some point. But truck well easy on fuel turned in on Saturday night at approx 7:30ish pm at drop off location. Locked up. Keys in drop box. Otherwise truck inside was clean.
