Reserved the trailer from a location 10 miles closer to my home, but was sent this location for pickup. Five minutes before I arrived someone else's credit card was applied to my rental. It took 30 minutes to unravel. People were very nice but the situation for myself and another customer was not great.Joseph H.

The uhaul process delayed us by one hour. We were sent text where we had to confirm or deny existing markings on the truck. There were so many scratches scuffs dents existing not marked with the x sticker it was ridiculous. I started to photograph and download all the existing damage I could find but then was told system would only take one photo, pretty hard to document all the additonal existing damage. Then because I had already attempted multiple photos the app to document would not download anything and not work. This created anxiety I would be charged for damage I did not do. Thus wasted an hour trying to document condition of truck prior to start and eventually just gave up. Had photos on phone instead. This is frustrating process. If you are going to want to documemt every little scratch on a moving truck then YOU need to go over with a fine tooth comb and actually mark the damage. Not expect the customer to waste time moving day photographing the entire truck to document the damage there not marked. I had photos of at least 20 scratches and scuffs you all had not marked . Did not make for good moving start for sure.rodney W.

Using the uhaul.com/share site to return a rental us not user friendly at all. I had to call in and the instructions to get it to work were complicated and not provided on the site.DANIEL H.

Please improve your mobile app and website, this is totally sucks and please shutdown your 24/7 operation in cold climates ????Because yesterday it was 4F outside and I have tried almost 30 mins to reserve truck using mobile app then I couldn't do it then later I called customer care where she replied no you need to use safari browser and then she was continually saying I am done do it by your own! And then i followed website when tried to upload fotos, or enter fuel details website was crashing and I need to redo again later I called again to customer care to fix and unlock key box Vehicle keys are not working properly it's to hard to lock and same with back side door. Returning service is also painful with websiteSANDEEP N.
