My trip was delayed over an hour because there was only one person working at this location who was busy helping a customer buy CBD products and THC gummy's! After I finally got helped and we go outside to connect the auto transport we cannot because it is being blocked by a car whose owner is nowhere to be found. The owners of this business did not even think to keep the area in front of the transport clear. He had to get help to physically turn the transport and move another uhaul truck. I cannot believe Uhaul does business with business owners like this.Tyrone M.

The truck was very difficult to start. There is something wrong with the starter as the key would not turn until jiggling it for about 5 minutes. This happened twice and I was unable to turn off the vehicle therefore was unable to get gas. Then you guys charge me a $25 cleaning fee for some unknown reason. I will go elsewhere next time.John T.

This location's primary line of business is selling crack pipes and bongs -- a business that is not compatible with renting vehicles. The parking lot is slightly inclined so the fuel gauge does not read exact, but nevertheless the attendant wanted to collect a fuel charge even though I put the correct amount of fuel in it. I told him 4 times to get down from the cab and I would go put another gallon in it -- he didn't appear to understand me. He was all transmit and no receive.KELLY W.
I used the uhaul van yesterday for an hour and a half. When I turned the van on for my mobile pickup I had to verify the fuel level. I verified it and was on my way. Not even a mile up the road and the fuel gauge dropped significantly making it looked like I had used $14 worth of gas already. When I went back to return the van (mobile because the store was closed during business hours) I was almost charged double what was estimated because of a $25 cleaning fee and the broken fuel gauge. I happened to see the guy that worked there and he did reluctantly solve my problem for me. Nowhere in my estimate did it say I would be charged a cleaning fee and for gas usage. Only for mileage and the van rental. Beware of the extra charges at this location!leah B.

Vehicle was provided on empty ( 30 miles ) The truck blew hot air onto the floor when you opened the windows. I returned with 1/4 gas since that was stated on the form I signed.Kyle C.
I reserved the van online and received confirmation that the reservation was complete. Once we arrived at the location to get the van It took over an hour to complete the paperwork and get the van. Picked up early on Sunday and was on a tight schedule. There was broken glass all over the cab. They chose to sit a paper for feet over it instead of cleaning up the glass. My wife called about the glass and the representative got very angry annoyed and aggressive, following up with accusing us of the broken glass. This kind of behavior is why we left northern kentucky in the first place.Dustin S.

They charged me for the insurance after I said I didn't want it. When I asked why the final estimate was so high he said it was because of the estimated milage cost. After I got my bill I saw he went ahead and charged me for insurance. When I called and pointed out the mistake, they laughed at me and offered me a CBD lollipop to make it better.GRACE S.

Employee in question was very friendly but had no understanding that I was returning the truck. I had even set my keys and contract on the counter. He kept asking me questions about how many rooms I had and where in SC I would be returning it to. I finally made him realize that I was returning the truck. And I'm not sure if he knew exactly how to do this. The shop was almost completely empty with only a few boxes on the counter of CBD oils. It was almost as if they were moving out. But after about 30 minutes of trying to understand one another the transaction was completed. But I would not recommend this shop for someone who needs to return a truck in this area.Robba M.
