This place does not clean their trucks and when I told the man it was not clean he charged me a $50 fee. He also did not give me any kind of print out paper work claiming his printer was down. He did not tell me anything except here is your key and here is your truck. Since I got the insurance I knew I didn’t have to check all the marks on the truck, however the only message I got from Uhaul was to verify the plate number. Nothing or no one said I had to inspect the back of the truck and tell them right then it was dirty. How ever I did let the man know once I returned. I also told him I had to sweep some of the debris out before I loaded my stuff.
shawna cHe told me I may be in line for a partial refund since I returned the truck a day early and filled it up when I picked up the truck at 3/4 of a tank.
ROBERT MMaybe have enough gas in in the truck, the gas light came on before I even got back to my house which was less than a half a mile from the location. It was also dirty and smelled strange.
