NATALIE HThis place does not clean their trucks and when I told the man it was not clean he charged me a $50 fee. He also did not give me any kind of print out paper work claiming his printer was down. He did not tell me anything except here is your key and here is your truck. Since I got the insurance I knew I didn’t have to check all the marks on the truck, however the only message I got from Uhaul was to verify the plate number. Nothing or no one said I had to inspect the back of the truck and tell them right then it was dirty. How ever I did let the man know once I returned. I also told him I had to sweep some of the debris out before I loaded my stuff.
shawna cHe told me I may be in line for a partial refund since I returned the truck a day early and filled it up when I picked up the truck at 3/4 of a tank.
ROBERT MMaybe have enough gas in in the truck, the gas light came on before I even got back to my house which was less than a half a mile from the location. It was also dirty and smelled strange.

CLIFFORD KI paid for 24 miles up front didn’t go but 11 wasn’t refunded the remainder, there was no heat, barely made it to gas station when got it brought it back a quarter tank .Overall it was not a good experience haven’t called due to Christmas hope they make it right .

DAWN FOk for short distances. The truck had a lot of dash lights on, but worked for us since we were just moving in town. I wouldnt have wanted to take it on a long road trip.

Brooklyn PYour app sucks. Every time I clicked to return the truck, the app crashed. Then I had to do it on a browser, and every time I uploaded more than 3 photos of the truck, it would refresh the page and force me to go back through all the return steps. It was a pain in the ass and took 30 minutes. I wasn't even sure if the whole thing went through, since when it refreshed the page after uploading some photos, it logged me out. When I logged back in, I couldn't find any evidence that I ever even had the truck to begin with (it didn't appear in the return truck part, nor did it appear in past purchases).

Janice WI just had issues with U-Haul in general. I reserved in advance, but but received a call that told me that my reservation had been given away and I had to drive out of my way to go further out to a location with no on present. I was told that my reservation would be honored but there no dolly available which I had reserved. The lady who called and help me was amazing but the service for gal this time notably worse than previous time. I was refunded the dolly reservation but still had to be charged for my full time and added miles for having to drive out of the way in my personal and U-Haul vehicle.
Neel pImprove your app. Took me 40 minutes on the phone with your customer service to get the keys. I would never recommend using this app to rent a truck.
AARON SConfusion and miscommunication at this location, maybe guy just started working there so he was new to this so took extra steps to make things work i just wish there was someone who has more experience with uhaul at this location. guy was just new... had to spend almost an hour to get my reservation keys...
Zusha CFundamental typo in first submittal so resending -- Uhual was an issue -- at pickup at noon gas tank noted 3/4 and 275 miles to zero. At drop off at noon i needed to show 380 miles to zero to get to 3/4. NOT good. Pick up location was uninformed, did not have the dolly i ordered. Wireless app, whatever it was, did not work at any time. drop off location was kind, just took an hour due to this and than and the uhaul corporate gas issues. will rent again from uhaul but will definitely better check other options...
Caryn SDolly that I ordered was not in the truck. I had an early pickup so there was nobody at the location to help. Called for assistance and was instructed to go to another site to pick up the dolly. Had to drive extra miles in the truck to get the dolly, but the people at the second site provided the dolly. Truck was clean and in good working order. The pickup and drop off by phone worked well.

Cathy DThis location need some improvement. When I picked up the guy was nice. However I waited in line forever! When I dropped off it was a different guy and very unprofessional sat down the whole time and was looking at his phone talking to me. He wasn't that helpful.
Teresa VIn my reservation I selected the 15 dollar safe move. When picking up the truck the rep asked if I wanted the 15 or the 30 dollar safe move coverage. I told him the 15, my estimated receipt said 15 for the safe move. When I got my final receipt I was charged 30. That's ridiculous I want my money back I was made to pay for a service I didn't request.
LYNSEY MScheduled a 15’ van to be picked up on a Saturday at 11. Got there right at 11 and now one was there to give us the keys and I had no code for the keys. Had to wait for an employee to show up subsequently making the movers at my house wait around as well.

Sara DThe steering wheel was not straight it made me nervous to drive it because it was so crooked. The heat did not work at all so I was freezing. The lock box was really hard to open. I would not rent from this location again.

Kilee DThe gentleman who helped us both return our other UHaul and rent another one was very helpful and even looked out for us when there was a big fee! He was awesome, the truck was super clean and well cared for. I was nervous because I'm not from that area but he was super welcoming and super helpful. Highly recommend that experience.
MATTHEW VTruck that I rented was a 15 ft. When I showed up it was blocked in so I had to call and get them to give me the keys to a new truck. The only others they had at this location were 10 ft. so it took me way longer to move.

When I tried calling to see if I could drop the truck off early, the individual spoke almost no English and I got no answers if I could return the truck early

Barbara RMy original rental at a different location was not available and I was told by a uhaul representative to go to this location instead. This location was very odd on where to park and where to get the key from the key box. Also the truck was very dirty on the inside and has not been cleaned. Overall, I had a not great experience with this uhaul trip and I was disappointed.
Richard BIf you charge the person the 1st time and you needed to charge them again don't wait whole week to go by and then charge them that's not fair to the person and you want ppl to come rent from you you don't want a bad review on that
tawana cAttendant was 18 minutes late, seemed to have no idea what he was doing, had no record of my reservation, had to finally talk to someone over the phone to redo my reservation. Total wait time was about 45 minutes and I was the only one there. Was late for my pick up!

dillard gThe owner of the U-Haul shop was not available. I had to open up a lock box to get the key to the U-Haul truck. Had issues with the lock box and also had multiple people try to open the lockbox which they had trouble doing also. This caused me to be 45 minutes late. After getting the key to the U-Haul truck, things went well.

aundre bThe check engine light was on. The Uhaul was checked in with keys in the mailbox and was never looked at before being checked out to me. The owner was nice enough, but the truck cab was dirty and I felt a little uncomfortable driving with the check engine light on.
CONSTANCE BLocation is owned by a Smoke Shop, so the weeder owner never opened the door for me to get the keys, stood outside for about 30-40 mins calling the number the owner posted on the door, as the store was supposedly open, OPEN sign outside was on, lights were on, so Im assuming he was in the back stoned or something. NOT a reliable location for Pick.Up at all. called about 30 times, not one answered, and voicemail was full. Eventually the owner of the store next door was able to open store to give me the keys. still awful experience. At one point I had already given up since noone was answering, called an Uber to pick me back up and take me home again, when later store was opened by next door store owner. Had to pay about 7USD cancellation fee from Uber.... someone might expect this to be reimbursed by Uhaul from the experience at least... one might think.
Juan HI would not have this location as a approved pick up or drop off. There was no one there, waited over a hour for someone to show up just for one of the workers to call the manager and he walked her through over the phone how to check in. There's a sign on the door to call if the door is locked and no one ever answered it. There was a option to leave the key in the drop box but that would have a fee just because no one was there. A horrible experience after a long moving day.
Michael EIt would be nice if your only renting a vehicle for a few hours, being able to leave your car parked in the lot would be great. I understand the liability issues but it’s something I’d improve.
