Walking into the business the greeting was dry. The lady in the store was not knowledgeable of much about the U-Haul. She had to make a call to someone to finish the process after I reserved online to give me the key. Customer service was just ok.

darnell peeksExtremely inconvenient. Had to wait for the lady to call Uhaul and wasted almost an hour waiting to get access to my rental. Dropped off my rental and paid almost two hours ago and still have not received my receipt. Keep getting callbacks just to still have to sit on hold.

Christine BombergerThe truck was having serious mechanical issues and should not be rented out to anyone in till it is fixed. The dashboard started flashing low fuel, abs brake issues, and the speedometer stopped working. It started to stutter and almost cut off several times. This truck is to dangerous to be driven.

Fethiere LouisThe vehicle we received was not very clean and it also had mechanical issues. I had to pump the breaks numerous times in order to stop properly. There were several times the uhaul acted as if it did not want to move while driving. Also the process to get the vehicle was very long and time consuming due to the device being used. The vehicle jerks while driving as well. I recommend having this truck checked out for it is unsafe for customers.

Karen RobbinsThis location was not my issue. I was sent to this location because the location I was initially sent to was in Lithia Springs off of veterans Memorial pkwy. When i was signing up for service I was supposed to directed to hwy 5 I was redirected to lithia springs and i never got a phone call. Hwy 5 is 5 mins from my house. The location closes after 5pm I was given a 945 pm time. This was a horrible experience.

Elizabeth EnahoroThe check-in process was difficult. The vehicle had less than 1/2 a tank of gas in it. We requested a furniture dolly which was not in there. There was an appliance dolly and a roll cart loose inside which we did not need or use. The store where we picked it up was rundown and smelled. When I went to return the keys, there were no employees present. I was told they were running to the bank by another customer. I ended up leaving the keys in the drop box and was unable to discuss the issues listed above with the employee/owner. I would not recommend this location to a friend and I will not be a returning customer.
Billie HamiltonIt took 15 minutes to find an employee. Once I found her she had no idea how to write up the rental, another 20 minutes. She sent me around the back to the wrong truck. There was food and trash in the cabin. I did the overnight drop off and no one checked it in the next day. Received a phone call asking when I was going to return the truck.
Tonya WebbI’ve had the worst experience with U-Haul than I’ve ever had this time. I’ve used U-Haul for years but next time I move I may reconsider. On a Friday at 0900 I was I was told a 20’ truck with a dolly will be available at 1100. At 1030 I was told the there was no truck available. I was redirected to another location, when I got to that location o was told there was no equipment and was redirected to a location that was extremely to far and asked for something closer. I was then told that there wasn’t a 20’ available. Finally at 1700 I was again redirected to a location 30 minutes from my old house and 1 1/2 hours away from my new house and it was only 15’ so therefore I had to take 2 trips and I had to drive the truck back to the location it could not be returned near my new house. Should have paid $80 but ended up paying $227!

Andre BrantleyMy card was overdrafted three times even though I had the money in it.. The representative on phone told me the money would be taken off hold and the full 129 would be taken. Now I have three $35 overdraft fees plus 4.50 charges for having the overdraft.
