The owner was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the office didn't have anywhere to sit. The office was not suitable for customers. It was a mess completely cluttered and filled with auto parts and other miscellaneous items. The owner was smoking cigarettes and I was unable to avoid the smoke due to the constraints of the office. Again he did make up for it by being courteous and helpful. I also had to get the truck down the street because there was no room on the property to house the truck.
Ken LHave unmarked Vans so they can go on the Parkways........... Avis-Budget Rentals have them, but they are passenger vans, I mean window vans with no seats.

PAUL ATruck needed gas and when I went to return it the lock box didn’t lock. Also I don’t think I did the mileage they said. I never ordered the insurance and was charged 25.00 for It.
FRANCESCA RTruck was an accident waiting to happen. Not the locations fault but the fault of the storage facility where truck was brought from in island park. Had to put oil into truck every couple of hrs and the battery level while driving would drop to 12 volts. The fact I made it down to Florida was a miracle. If I wasn't mechanical I more then likely would've been stranded somewhere waiting on uhaul to come repair or replace the vehicle. This truck definitely wasn't ready to be driven to Florida. My other issue was not being able to get my car trailer but then getting a text no more then 2hrs after being notified that there wasn't a trailer available to pick someone else's trailer up and drop it off for them along my route.
CHRISTOPHER HThis location wasn’t the original location were I picked a roach infested truck it was in Hempstead. Nys was amazing on how they got me back on The road.
