I attempted to get the key a lockbox and it was wedged in there. It took me 45 minutes to jiggle it loose. Recommend ensuring that when keys are placed back in the self-serve lock box, they are anyway that they do not get jammed when a customer tries to open it.
Jennifer KTo be able to take pictures of the vehicle at this location, it needs to be parked parallel to the highway. I found it very difficult to get acceptable pictures for the mobile pick up. Hence, I left it parallel to the highway!
