Leslie was extremely helpful. The uhaul website and mobile pick up was frustrating with my android device and took so long to get sorted that it pushed my pick up time back by 2 hours. Leslie took care of everything, made sure I had enough time to move. She also has the best customer service and changed my reservation from a 1 star to a 5 star experience.

The van I was picking up was not located where it was supposed to be, and I found the pick up instructions somewhat lacking. It was also very strange that I was instructed to go to the vehicle prior to getting the key from the pick up box; I ended up having to do extra back and forth that seemed unnecessary. The padlock for the key box was very hard to use, and I think a digital lock would be more user friendly. I did receive a call from Leslie, an incredibly helpful uhaul agent, and she walked me through the process after I couldn't locate the vehicle, staying on the phone with me until I was inside the van and moving. She was stellar, and I very much appreciated that she offered an extra hour on the end of my reservation because it took so long to get the pick up sorted out. I needed that extra hour! I think the pickup process needs some ironing out, because I don't think Leslie will be there to help every single customer.

I booked a reservation online and put my driver as the main driver, with all of his information. However, Uhaul would not give him the keys, saying he had to login to the Uhaul app with an account, even though I don't have a uhaul account. I tried checking in on my end, but it wouldn't work. The check-in process was stressful and extremely confusing. The whole online process needs to be completely redesigned with a professional user experience designer, because this squabble made my moving day extraordinarily more stressful, and I will be informing all of my contacts to avoid this service. There are no clear directions online or at N&B. The only bright spot was that I finally got a person on the phone, Leslie, who was able to resolve the issue and was very kind. It's essential to have humans as part of the customer service process to resolve these issues. However, I still had to pay for an uber in the middle of my busy moving day to come there and deal with the situation, despite booking my reservation with the additional driver's credentials already on. I have no idea why uhaul required me to be there in person, even though I added the additional driver only. Very inefficient. I also gassed the Uhaul but was left with a fuel charge? I would like a partial refund on this rental because the -excuse my french- absolute shitshow that this was. I am happy to talk more with you about my experience to help improve your processes so future customers do not have this hurdles on their difficult moving days.

Implement better lighting for dropping off of the keys, area is sketchy after dark. Establish parking options , placing the onus on the customer to park the rental is terrible as there is alternate street parking in the vicinity and the area serves a large residential population. The customer service representative is the only positive part of my experience. She was patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the process, for her I'd give this a five star rating , but unfortunately there were so many areas that were poor.

There was a lot of confusion when I went to pick up the cargo van. It was a self pickup but I never receive a box lock code to get the key. 45 min after my pickup time, someone was able to get me a key.

Not one usually to write a review but theg were not on top of things. We had to wait 20 minutes to get the van we needed. Very chaotic.

The staff here were great. Tony, got me out the door quickly with dolly/blankets, and an office woman, didn't catch her name but was extremely helpful when I had some... timing issues. Make sure you do the mobile check-in first, it makes things a lot easier. Make sure your phone is charged, battery anxiety is real. The area is pretty dark at night, quiet and mostly fine, but be aware of your surroundings as always.

Reservation agent did not honor my 24/7 reservation for 7am. Had to wait until 9am to pick up. Was also charged for "21 miles" when 2 round trips from my locations could not have physically amounted to more than 5 miles.

Wouldn't recommend doing the booking via phone unless you have to, that process takes a lot longer than just doing the regular process. Leslie is great!!!!

The person who was there to “help” us was no help at all. After the system verified my drivers license there were issues in verifying my partners phone number. The UHaul representative on the chat was terribly unresponsive, taking over 10 minutes to respond to each message. Then contact at the auto body shop just told us we shouldn't be in a rush and walked off.

She was patient and kind and made the whole experience headache-free. I look forward to working with her again and recommending this location to other folks in the future.
