Pick up was great after I found the person I needed to speak with at the shop. It was so hot the day I rented and the AC in the van didnt work at max. I sweated through the whole move and had to present at an event afterwards but wasnt able to cool down in time.

alessandro fFirst of al, when we got there it took us over an hour to find the van. It was parked 3 blocks away and we had to search for it in the rain. The van was suppose to be equipped with with a dolly and blankets and none of those things were in the van. The van was on empty when I got it
