They lie about charges. Like the guy said if you put gas in the tank there will be no charge. And after the truck is back you get you safe insurance back. He takes it back after already filling the truck up with $20 in gas which filled it more than when we took it. So they first took out $63.23 and then they took out $76.21 the second day. So then they give us the bill and its $123.94. So what was said $40 for 2 days became $123.94 never again you liars ðŸ˜’DAVID ANDREW W.

It too over 1 hour to check out our truck. They gave us the wrong lockbox code, so we had to call the helpline. He gave us the phone number for the local contact person. We called him, but he never answered and his mail box was full, so we couldn't even leave him a message. We had to call the helpline back and were told that the local man would eventually call us back. We were only able to open the lockbox to retrieve the keys after many attempts at guessing the code. We were VERY disappointed in the process of renting a truck. It was a very time consuming & stressful experience!Tim N.

Make sure the communication between Uhaul and National Storage is clear - there was no one present when I arrived and it took another 2 calls and 45 minutes for the National Storage people to show up to let me take the trailer. They said that Uhaul misinformed them of the correct time to be there. VERY frustrating.Paul G.

This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to rent a truck. I used your 24/7 app it took 2hours and finally Josh showed up and checked me in at the office. I started the process and it could not find my location. I was on the phone for about 1 hour and 20 mins with a lady from your office. She tried different stuff and nothing worked. I was very upset with the fact I had hired someone to help move my things out of storage and had to pay him 2 hours for setting in my truck. While I was trying to pick up the 26ft truck I was renting I don't know what happened but about 9 am the app started working we had gotten thru the first six steps when Josh arrived at that point we let him check out the truck for me.douglas M.
