BRUCE WORKMANOur experience started out great. We moved from out of state and dropped our U-Haul at this location. Kevin was very helpful when we needed to extend our rental and allowed us to drop it off after they were closed without paying for an extra day. However, we’ve since rented two more times from here and are not impressed. The first time was last month. We rented an open trailer. Shortly after getting it, a tire blew. Okay, nobody’s fault, these things happen. We promptly returned the trailer back to the location. The employee was closing up but stayed a few minutes to accept the return. No issues. We requested a refund and although Kevin didn’t want to provide one, the area manager did. Then the other day we go to rent an auto transport. When we went inside to start the check in process, Kevin the owner was working. He immediately said “my wife doesn’t like you,” “you tried to get something for free,” and pounded his fist on the counter. He did allow the rental to proceed and walked out to our truck to hook it up. While hooking it up, we noticed the front tire tie down was tattered pretty significantly. As part of the check in process, you have to verify the condition of the equipment. We mentioned it to Kevin who immediately got an attitude. We said it was a safety issue, which his response was “I’m not going to fix it for you” and told us he was going to cancel our reservation. He unhooked the trailer. As he was walking up to the building, he told us to never come back then said “cause I’m the owner that’s why. You pissed my wife off and I’m gonna take her every time.” There’s two concerning things about this. One being you should run your business based on being professional, not on emotions. Second being that Kevin is a full service garage for UHaul. He is responsible for maintaining the equipment and refused to do so. While you will read a lot of positive experiences here, consider the negatives one with a lot of weight. It seems that the second you question him or have an issue, he turns into a hot head. We escalated this issue up through UHaul and coincidentally they have had several customers complain about negative interactions with this owner. We rent from UHaul quite frequently for various things and have never had an issue like this.
Justin CarpenterMaintaining the equipment should be a priority. Not much to a car Dolly but went through three to find one that wasn't totally broke. Returning broke equipment cost me valuable travel time.

Andrew DavisAt first I was charged for an extra day after receiving a text about their 24/7 drop off services. I fked up on my rental time. I usually do late in the day pickups and late in the afternoon drop off after places usually close. I did the same thing this time except for I had time to pick it up early. I only noticed the contract date and not the time, rentals are 24-hour periods... Unless your pickup time happens to also be after the place closes and then you don't get charged an extra day. I didn't notice that when I picked up the U-Haul and I didn't notice that in the contract. This place was kind enough to correct my mistake instead of charging me for another day. 10 of 10. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional dude with exceptional customer service skills. I would recommend this place to anybody. He suggested I get the nice dolly. It helped me so much with my move as well as suggesting the largest box truck which eased my stressful mind. Y'all keep doing what you're doing. Running this greatly maintained professional business.

Judy CarpenterI always use this location they are awesome to work with. I do have a problem with my last rental though. I rented the 5' by 9' ft to haul my utv vehicle to my new property I went to land it on the trailer and it wouldn't fit cause the trailer isn't 5' by 9' like the website said and the sticker on the trailer said so my utv wouldn't fit it was 2 inches 2 wide. So I was really disappointed and wasted my time and money

Austyn WagnerThe operator is very helpful and friendly. Everything went smoothly for us. I did not like the UHaul website pre-selecting a lot of accessories. I felt like I had to go through and unselect over a dozen items before I found in very small type a single unselect check box. That kind of thing makes a company seem rather shady, I'd change it.

He was suggesting items available to make the experience even better (I didn’t know you had towing if I was stuck in the mud ... excellent product) He listened to the needs I had during my move and helped me match up with the correct products !! A 5 star isn't (he would get a 10✨️) high enough for what peace of mind I had when I left his location and during my move.

JOE MCDONOUGHLet me start off. I have rented here before and have had a great experience, Yesterday all the equipment was great but the red head lady that was running the desk was horrible. I was in a hurry and did the reservation online I got to the office and told her I had a reservation,, she said can I have you driver’s license,, I handed it to her and stood there patiently. It seemed like it was taking forever! I asked her if I could go ahead and hook up the trailer since it was taking so long and I looked over the desk and she had her cell phone sideways watching a video or something!! I was kinda flabbergasted. She was rude the entire time I was there and could not help hook up the trailer at all. I did it all myself, which for me is not a big deal but another customer may be different. Again I have rented from this location before and the rental experience was 100% better this time it was just the red head lady running the desk.

BRIDGET FRICKANISCEI would recommend getting a larger yard to store the trucks and trailers in. Heather has done a great job both times we've rented there but she's got very little open space to manuever trucks and cars in and out. Overall, I love this location. Heather is always very helpful and professional.

Justin LaFolletteI was charged on my credit card and debit card for a single transaction. The next day I went to return some items because my wife bought them as well from another location. I went into return then and the lady started freaking out saying she can't do returns she doesn't know how. Then says her manager does not let them take returns. Before I could even say a word. Would not recommend this place at all. Stay away. Still trying to get my money back for being double charged.
