Be more clear where you go to rent. Also. DO NOT BOOK MOVING HELP TROUGH THE SITE!! You have no recourse if you pay and they don’t show up!! I was left with no help and they would not answer the phone. UHaul said it is not their problem!!

Amazing customer service.
Victor TI want to make this clear this is on U-haul and not the rental site. The rental site said they were required to do the below to get the contract confirmed by U-haul. I had to fill out a on line checkin, which was really useless. This is because I had to go over all the questions again and according to the rental person I needed 3 contact numbers to rent the vehicle. Really three contact numbers. So by the Time I got there and to when I got the keys was appox. 20 min.
