The individual that I dealt with was excellent however do to computer problems at U-Haul, I waited 40 minutes from 8:05 to 8:45 to obtain my 15 foot box truck, I again stress that the representative at the location was professional and apologetic. againMichael C.

I reserved a 10' truck at this location and when I got there they only had a 15' truck for me. Thy said they didn't know why the site let me reserve a truck they didn't have and I had to pay $10.00 extra for the bigger truck.RAINAS G.

I have used these trucks every single time I've ever moved and I have never spent this much money using a truck for four hours less than 40 miles refilling the gas being charged for things that I didn't use and being charged for the rental twice I have never in my life spent this much money for a truck and if you go back using my name you can see I have rented a truck several times from U-Haul and I am extremely upset and would never recommend this location again because I was absolutely overchargedStephanie T.

I ordered a 15 foot truck on the inside it said it was a 14 foot truck there's also a sign saying it was 19.99 to rent but they charged me 29.99 because it didn't apply to the truck even though the banner was in the truck window I feel like I got ripped off why say you have a 15ft truck when inside it says 14ft including the top price that goes over the driver wish I would have known this before I would have gotten a bugger truck from another locationCHRISTOPHER F.

There was a few issues with the truck we had a horrible smell inside the cabin we had a 3 hour ride the a/c kept on shutting off ... very uncomfortable in the heat ... the truck was to old 2012 very uncomfortable ride for long distance..wasn't happy with the truck at all.MARIAM M.

Soooo convenient. Literally down the block. After talking to the super nice guy at my drop off location and explained that my pick up location was over 20 miles from my starting location where I needed & wanted to pick up truck. Making me automatically over my allowed miles. But, he told me to call Uhaul. So I did. They quickly refunded any extra miles I was over. (My case was 10). I would definitely recommend using Uhaul.James H.

Just a weird location to pick up a uhaul. Otherwise everything was good. Only thing weird was I was told I would have to pay all these extra $50 fees if I used their dumpster for garbage, or if I didn't replace a quarter tank of gas.AnnMarie G.
I did not have any problems with the point of sale establishment. I had problems with the purchasing and return changes. First I ordered from Hauppauge, then I get redirected to Patchogue for pickup. I understand I was comped 30 miles and an additional 5 for a wrong odometer reading to compensate for this. I told by the point of sale store in Patchogue that I was doing one way with drop off in East Moriches. I know there are locations in East Moriches for drop off but I thought maybe they needed a truck in Center Moriches as my sheet said Center Moriches. During my move, the location for return changed and became Manorville which is even farther, but there was no notification of the change other logging into the app. For a move that I was struggling to keep my miles low, this was quite an annoyance.Richard F.

Drove 2 hours to pick the truck up and the rental place did not have the truck I reserved. Had to go out of my way another 30 minutes to find the truck I needed! I should be compensated for this. And the service personnel when I called was of no help at all!Christopher M.
Charged my credit card twice and now I can't get a hold of anyone to get the credit. Had to call the credit card company to dispute the duplicate charge. Never received receipt and when I did the reservation on line I estimated 100 miles but I didn't use 100 miles but still was charged for all of the 100 miles. Would never use this location again. Moving is stressful enough without someone trying to scam you on top of itGabriela K.
