Signage is a bit confusing ........... this is a hotel as well as U-Haul location

The drop off location was difficult to understand. The location to drop off key was in a motel.

I think I was one of their first customers, but I learned when I got to Colorado that they only gave me 1 pack of 6 blankets and I should have had 10 packs for a total of 60 blankets. They also gave me a dolly for appliances I guess and I wanted a heavier duty one for my gun safe. So the team there needs to get to know the equipment as I haven't been reimbursed for those Items yet. The person checking in was nice and honest that she had never done this before.
