Mindy was Great and helpful, she went above and beyond to assist us at pick up; but the equipment/truck was not maintained, and it had several issues; to include low oil, tire issues and a cracked windshield. She had attempted to get some of this taken care of but with cold weather the maintenance guy at another location refused to come and take care of the issues, to include dropping off the proper dolly we ordered. The truck was clean and it did have a full tank of gas which was great but too many other issue's that we NOT Mindy's fault.

CRAIG CWe had to use the app as the facilty closed due to a family emergency. The app was horible and took over2 hours to make work even with multiple help from truck share. We did not appreciate having to stand in the street for this 2 hours delay. We had no facilities. We needed to get the truck and get it loaded. Our helpers had to wait. This was a real pain! We should not have had to go through this as we had pre-booked and paid at the tiem we reserved the truck in advance.
