I did the reservation 7 days prior to the 22 and when I got to the U Haul facility, for pickup, they said they didn't have any vans available, and they mentioned that the website is not accurate, they checked two more locations, eventually they found one, but I have to drive there to get it, which is like 20 more minutes, please fix the website to show where the car size the customer wants is actually located, otherwise there is no point in doing a reservation..

Jo TThe vehicle interior was very dirty - not only the drivers seat area (crumbs in the cup holders, sticky door, and gross floors) but also the inside of the van was dirty with glitter and other random trash. An air freshener couldn't hurt either - otherwise the van was perfect for transporting a king size mattress.
