Highway robbers
Marie UdenReturned after business hours and didn’t have the costumer contacted us back. We just follow the instructions in how to return after business hours in the parking lot.
Reginaceli MeyerI was disappointed with a few things. The woman who checked us in told us the truck was full of gas and to ensure it was full when we returned it. When we checked the fuel gauge, it was below the full line but I assumed that must be where “full” was for the vehicle since the woman had so strongly said it was full. We put 9 gallons of gas in before returning the truck. We only drove 22 miles. There is no way we used 9 gallons of gas. And sure enough, the fuel gauge was much higher. This felt very shady. Additionally, we returned the truck after hours and did it realize that there would be an ask for pictures. We were trying to be efficient so I competed the steps online while my husband returned the key. Little did we know that the third step would be providing pictures. That should have been a step one or it would have been nice if it had been outlined up front so we knew to keep the keys. At 10pm this was not a stresser we needed. Thanks!
Erin MaischService lady was exceptional. My 6yr old daughter got stung by a bee just walking up to the steps & the lady pulled out a first aid kit, talked to her, and helped her feel better. She even led us out a back way to the parking lot to avoid going by where there could be bees since my young daughters were scared of getting stung again. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do.
Ben DubayOver 45 min wait to check out trailer. Lights did not work. No one was around when I went to return. I stood in the office and called the office number. No answer. The woman working was apparently in a truck. Invest in a cordless phone or forward to a cell when away from the desk.
Timoothy HoefsThe office was closed so I dropped off the keys in the drop box. Didn't have any issues other than knowing where to park the uhual truck. Space was limited for a 20 foot truck.

MAWUENYA SOSSOUThe Uhaul website is terrible. It filled information incorrectly after I had entered it correctly. The New Hope location employee said they could not find the unit I returned on the date scheduled. I was charged an after hours fee but was not made aware of this fact ahead of time. I waited 20 minutes to pick up my rental while the office door was locked with a sign saying the employee was "in the back." When he finally did arrive in the office he smelled like an ashtray. This experience was an absolute disaster. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.

JOSEPH YECHOUTI requested a dolly and two wheel cart. When I picked up the truck they were not there. I noted this during the online check in process and provided photo evidence but I was still charged at checkout. I emailed them speaking the charges but have not heard back.

Cheryl SchmuraThe store opens at 9am. There was no one on site until 9:15. There were 3 groups of people waiting and watched them pull in and open the door. The agent was very friendly and professional so, not a big deal she was a little late.

RANDY WITKOWIAKThe only issue I encountered was with the reservation itself. I originally selected St. Michael, MN as the pick up location. The actual pickup location was first scheduled for Crystal, MN, and then New Hope, MN. This information was not communicated until the day before my pickup. The latter locations are a significant distance from my home, and due to the varying hours of operation, this created some time compression issues. The dispatcher explained that when reservations are made, the selected pick up location is a preference only. It would be helpful to have this called out more prominently in the online reservation process. Apart from that, my experience was good overall.
Richard WymanI rented it for 24hrs. 7.30 am to 7 30 am The office didn't open till 9am . No text for self check out. The lady said I can return the truck anytime Sunday. Later I got text saying I had to return the truck by 6.30 pm The truck was empty on fuel when I rented. Barely made it to gas station.
