I had some items to get dumped today so I found U-Haul online and they had a truck ready for rental. The sie was New Hope and it was right on time!LESLIE G.

I requested a dolly and two wheel cart. When I picked up the truck they were not there. I noted this during the online check in process and provided photo evidence but I was still charged at checkout. I emailed them speaking the charges but have not heard back.Thomas M.

The store opens at 9am. There was no one on site until 9:15. There were 3 groups of people waiting and watched them pull in and open the door. The agent was very friendly and professional so, not a big deal she was a little late.Ryan L.

I was supposed to get an email receipt and I haven't received it yet . Dropped it off around 5:30RANDY W.
The only issue I encountered was with the reservation itself. I originally selected St. Michael, MN as the pick up location. The actual pickup location was first scheduled for Crystal, MN, and then New Hope, MN. This information was not communicated until the day before my pickup. The latter locations are a significant distance from my home, and due to the varying hours of operation, this created some time compression issues. The dispatcher explained that when reservations are made, the selected pick up location is a preference only. It would be helpful to have this called out more prominently in the online reservation process. Apart from that, my experience was good overall.Richard W.
I rented it for 24hrs. 7.30 am to 7 30 am The office didn't open till 9am . No text for self check out. The lady said I can return the truck anytime Sunday. Later I got text saying I had to return the truck by 6.30 pm The truck was empty on fuel when I rented. Barely made it to gas station.Prasanna D.

I chose an in person pick up when I reserved the equipment. When I went to the location at my pick up time the office was temporarily closed for lunch.Michael D.
I live 4 miles from the uhaul in Brooklyn park which on any given day when you drive by there are at least half a dozen 5x8 trailers in the parking lot, now mind you I reserved this trailer at least a month in advance. I get a call from Uhaul and they want me to go to long lake for a trailer (almost 16 miles away) I get there this guy tells me the trailer is out back...I say can you hook it up for me...he says I guess I could do that...get out back there's no trailer...call uhaul they say there's a trailer in new hope (almost 15 miles from long lake) ok so I go there...thank goodness for Libby who worked there, had a trailer and hooked it up for me.LYNETTE S.

I reserved a trailer from the Plymouth location and they did not have the trailer available, and told me to call u-haul. I called and they changed the reservation the the new hope location for a 9:00 am pickup. I arrived at the new hope location a little early and I had to wait for over an hour for an employee to arrive at the location. Overall nothing was unacceptable, but there was a lot of hassle for a trailer.Corbyn C.

When returning rented moving blankets the customer should not be required to fold all of them themselves. They have already paid for the rental, the staff should be energetic enough to fold moving blankets upon return. The customer is already paying half the cost of the blankets just to rent them, and the staff is too lazy per corporate policy to take care of returned items? Ridiculous. Your computer system is pathetic. Both upon rental and return the staff could not figure out how to use the computer system to do a simple rental and return, truly, a paper system would have been much faster and less of a hassle. I do not blame the staff, but the poor design of the system itself and it's numerous malfunctions, for wasting my time. Next time, I may use a competitor as I had moved and had to drive all the way to the rental location to return my product. Usually, when I rent items, I am allowed to return to any store location. This was the experience of a customer who simply rented moving blankets, I cannot imagine renting blankets, a truck, and a dolly and trying to watch everyone bungle over that transaction while having the hubris to insist I "fold my own blankets" upon return.
