It was horrible. Let me start with the fact that they changed the pick up location to 25 miles further than they had told me in my original email less than 10 hours prior to pick up.They woman met us at Place to pick up the U-Haul. It was closed and she came up there and gave us a contract , the key and left. We hadOrdered blankets and a dollyâ€¦ Neither one was there with the truck. The truck would not start we had to go buy jumper cables and jump off the truck because the u Haul renter would not answer the number she gave us. So we finally got the truck started and drive to another location where they have U-Haul equipment and they put in a new battery and we got the blankets and dolly. So we were supposed to pick up the truck at 8 AM and had to be out of our place by 5 PM and we did not even get the truck ready until 2 PM. This cost us some major problems: delay , stress , time and money.elaine S.

These were very nice people but it took over an to get the paperwork done and to get assistance in hooking up the trailer and I was the only customer. Also there was grease on the inside of the trailer that got on a lot of my belongings.Kenneth N.

Equipment was fine and did the job. Every other step to this process was disorganized and painful. There wasn't a representative there. I had to sit for an hour waiting on 5 different phone calls to set up info to get truck. Changed my pick up location and obviously didn't communicate that to anyone.Josh M.

Better signage. They didn't send a hitch stand so we couldn't detach from our truck. They did not have the furniture pads we rented online (said they were available on the website). Then we had to drive to another location to get them, took an additional 45 minutes in downtown lunch traffic to get. Very out of the way.Jennifer H.
