I picked this specific location because it had the option for in person pick up. I get there and in person isn’t an option. Had to download the app and do all this stuff and wasted 45 minutes of my time. Absolutely so annoying. I don’t want to use an app.

You can let a person know that it will be a non-contact pickup especially when they requested an in-person pickup
